LAGO is mobilising its digital community to connect stores and customers

At this peculiar and historic time, as we see the whole world slow down and many companies put their businesses on hold, LAGO has taken action to support its community: on the one hand, retailers, who find themselves unable to do their jobs; and, on the other, the end consumer. As an Italian design company creating furniture for every corner of the home, LAGO has leapt into action and decided to set up a free online interior design consulting service which allows consumers to talk to LAGO interior designers and dealers from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Every day from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, consumers can create new interior design ideas and plan their interiors with the support of LAGO professionals, in just three simple steps by going to our website www.lago.it, filling out the form and accessing the platform via a link which will be sent by one of our consultants. Using video calling and, within the next few days, also via chat, consumers can benefit from a free consulting service with our professionals and the dealers from LAGO stores around the world, browsing catalogues virtually together, and receiving images and useful information about our new products and the latest interior design tips and trends. All the designs can then be created in one of the LAGO stores in Italy and around the world, once the public health emergency is over. LAGO has always put people at the heart of its design. Now more than ever, it wants to serve consumers and dealers, opening up a direct line of contact. The mission is to offer consumers the chance to visit a virtual showroom without having to leave their homes, and dealers the opportunity to continue doing their jobs safely. “This is a difficult time for us all.
