Among the arcades of Padua
Living and designing according to Antonio
In the heart of Padua, where the echo of footsteps under the thousand-year-old porticoes mingles with the lively buzz of a dynamic city, lies the home of Antonio, an established architect. For him, this is not just a flat, but a refuge where work tension gives way to harmony.
Crossing the threshold of this house means entering a space where one experiences a silent dialogue between history, perceptible through the large windows, and the contemporary design that furnishes every room.

As an architect, what does the choice of suspended design represent for your home?
"Lightness is the true luxury today. LAGO furniture, with its transparency, does not weigh down space but creates it. For me, it is essential that design does not impose, but suggests."
Living room furnitureBalance and lightness in living
Antonio has chosen LAGO furniture to give visual continuity and lightness to his living room. The suspended TV cabinet frees up space and enhances natural light, while the bookcase, embellished with XGlass surfaces, becomes a sculptural element reflecting materials and perspectives of the home.
The sofa, with slender backrests and contained volumes, offers discreet and refined comfort, adapting with balance to the proportions of the room.
In its living room, every detail recounts a precise choice: to experience modernity with elegance, surrounding oneself with light forms and materials that dialogue with the architecture.

How did you design your kitchen?
"With the 36e8 system, I was able to design my ideal environment by combining different materials such as glass and wood. Thanks to the modularity of the design, I have created a space where I can have everything at hand in an orderly manner, without sacrificing aesthetics."
LAGO KitchensRealising the kitchen with LAGO
Every LAGO project is born from the dialogue between the person who lives the space and the architecture that houses it. For Antonio, the kitchen has become the meeting point between functionality and lightness: an environment designed to integrate with the material and light of his home.
The compositional freedom of the LAGO systems has made possible a made-to-measure solution, where design and everyday life come together naturally.
In the centre, an island suspended on glass becomes a balancing act: it accommodates the movement of cooking and restores a sense of harmony to the entire living area.

The bedroom is a place of total escape. What is the principle behind its conception?
"The concept is the cancellation of the superfluous to enhance rest. I chose the Fluttua bed precisely because of its lack of clutter. It is a radical idea of lightness, an almost dreamlike suspension. Not seeing the structure of the bed eliminates an element of rigidity."
Bedroom designHarmony in the sleeping area
In the bedroom, Antonio has chosen the Fluttua bed, an icon of essentiality and freedom. Suspended from the floor, it seems to float in space, amplifying the perception of depth and allowing light to pass through the room. Next to it, theN.O.W. wardrobe, with its vertical bands of transparent and coloured glass, introduces a play of reflections that dialogues with the tones of the room.
Thanks to the modularity of its furnishings and the high quality of its materials LAGO design solves every need in terms of space and style.
The result is a light, modern and elegant environment capable of enhancing every corner of the home.
